彩色光源诱捕螺旋粉虱成虫的效果初探

摘    要:采用自制行为反应箱,研究不同颜色光源对螺旋粉虱成虫的诱捕效果。结果表明:(1)不同颜色光源对螺旋粉虱的诱捕效果差异显著,浅桃红色光源效果最好,红色、紫色次之;(2)诱捕光源对螺旋粉虱雌、雄成虫的诱捕效果差异显著,雌虫较雄虫数量多;(3)2种诱捕效果差异显著的光源同时存在时,趋向高诱捕效果光源的雌成虫较雄成虫数量多,差异达极显著。

Abstract:Adult Aleurodicus dispersus Russell were trapped with different colour light sources in a self-made behavior response cage to observe their trapping effects. The results showed that different light colour sources had significantly different effects on trapping of the adults of A.dispersus with light peachblow light source being the best,followed by the red and purple light sources; the trapping effects of light source on adult females and males were significantly different,and more adult females were trapped than the males; more adult females were attracted when 2 light sources which all had obviously trapping effects were used at the same time,and there was a significant difference in number between adult females and males trapped.
