南瓜子驱虫有效成分的提取工艺研究

摘    要:笔者对近年来有关南瓜子的化学成分、驱虫作用研究进展作一概述。药理研究表明南瓜子驱虫的有效成分为南瓜子氨酸。结合中药有效成分提取分离技术,笔者就南瓜子中所含的特殊的氨基酸-南瓜子氨酸的提取工艺作简要的试验论述。研究表明,南瓜子氨酸在种子中的含量为2%-4%,在脱脂粉中的含量可超过4%-8%。

The Research on Desinsectization Effective Components Extraction Process of Semen Moschatae

Abstract:This article to the recent years related semen cucurbitae's chemical composition, the anthelmintic action research devel- opment made an outline. The pharmacology research indicates the semen cucurbitae expelling wonns's effective component for the se- men cucurbitae ammonia acid. The union traditional Chinese medicine effective component extraction isolation technique, this article the special amino acid - semen cucurbitae ammonia acid extraction process which contains on the semen cucurbitae in makes the brief experimental elaboration. The research indicated that the semen cucurbitae ammonia acid's in seed content is 2% - 4%, may surpass in the spent meal content 4% - 8%.
