| 摘 要： | 摘 要：全面推进乡村振兴，人才队伍是关键，如何培养扎得深、用得上、留得下的农业人才是高等职业院校的重要使命和责任。本文以高素质农业人才培养为目标，强调个性化教育培养，注重深化产教融合，针对高素质农民学历教育中存在的教学问题，探索构建适合高素质农民的个性化教学模式，为涉农高校开展高素质农民学历教育提供模式借鉴，助力农业农村现代化建设。

How to cultivate deep, used and retained agricultural talents is the important mission and responsibility of higher vocational colleges. This paper with high-quality agricultural personnel training as the goal, emphasize personalized education training, pay attention to deepen production fusion, in view of the teaching problems existing in high quality farmers degree education, explore the construction suitable for high-quality farmers personalized teaching mode, for agricultural universities to carry out high-quality farmers degree education model for reference, power agriculture rural modernization. |
