摘    要:随着公差仿真分析在农业机械行业的广泛发展,尺寸仿真技术在谷物收获机械中得到越来越多的应用。本文采用三种尺寸分析方法分别对车门系统中DTS要求进行了分析计算,并通过对实物样车的尺寸测量,验证了分析方法的有效性及合理性。结果表明:蒙特卡洛法与实物样车装配效果基本一致;提供了一种更为合理的公差分析方法和解决方案,并以此科学指导谷物收获机械车身系统零部件的尺寸公差设计。

Abstract:With the extensive development of tolerance simulation analysis In the agricultural machinery industry, Dimensional simulation technology is more and more applied in grain-harvester. In this paper, three dimensional analysis methods are used to analyze the DTS target requirements in the door system. The validity and rationality of the analysis results is verified according to the dimensional measurements of the physical grain-harvester. The results show Monte carlo method is basically consistent with the actual assembly effect, and it provides a more reasonable analysis method and solution for the assembly problem. At the same time, it scientifically guides the dimension tolerance design of door system of grain-harvester.
