摘    要:以橡胶树优良无性系云研73—477花药试管苗为外植体,研究了光照强度对橡胶树不定芽诱导的影响。结果表明:基部、茎尖在光照强度为1600lx条件下不定芽诱导效果最好,诱导率在95%以上;茎段在光照强度为800lx下诱导效果最好,诱导率为93.3%。

Effects of Light Intensity on Induction of Adventitious Bud of Hevea brasiliensis

Abstract:Apical buds, stems and the bases of Hewea brasiIiensis clone Yunyan73-477 were used as explants and cultured in vitro under light intensities of 1 600 lx, 800 lx and 0 lx. The results showed that the inductive rate of apical buds and the bases were more than 95% under the light intensity of 1 600 lx, and the inductive rate of stems was 93.3% under the light intensity of 800 lx.
