普通小麦(T.aestivum L.)若干生理特性的杂种优势初探

摘    要:本文以七个普通小麦杂种及其亲本为材料研究分析了它们若干生理特性和籽粒蛋白质含量.试验结果表明,杂种一代植株的硝酸还原酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、根系脱氢酶等酶活性以及叶片叶绿素含量均高于中亲值或者超亲,杂交种子的脱氢酶活性也较高.杂种一代籽粒蛋白质百分含量均低于双亲,而单株蛋白质产量都有优势存在.

Abstract:In this paper not only a series of physiological features but also kernel protein content of seven wheat hybrids and their parents was measured. The results showed that NRA、Peroxidase、catalase、roots activity and chlorophyl content of F_1 hybrids kept more active than their parents'. Protein content of kernels on F_1 hybrids kept lower, however, single plant protein had higher yield.
