近红外水分测定仪的发展及在食品水分检测中的应用

摘    要:在食品生产加工过程中对产品的含水率进行持续监控对于优化产品质量非常必要。近红外水分测定仪因其实时、无损和高精度等优点被广泛应用于食品生产加工行业。介绍了近红外水分测定仪的发展历史,并对其在谷物、烟草、油脂和茶叶等水分含量测定中的应用进行了总结。

Abstract:Continuous monitoring of moinsture content in food production and processing is necessary of optimizing quality of products.Near infrared moisture measuring instrument is widely used in food production and processing industry due to its advantages of real-time,non-destructive and high precision.Development history of near infrared moisture measuring instrument was introduced.And its application in moisture content determination of grain,tobacco,oil and fat and tea leaves was summarized.
