| 摘 要： | 东港市围绕农业增效、农村发展、农民增收主题,在土地流转方面做了有益的尝试。介绍东港市土地流转的现状及特点,分析存在的问题,提出构筑交易平台、注重机制创新、规范土地流转管理、强化宣传引导、培育土地流转主体、优化土地流转环境等对策,为农村土地流转工作提供借鉴。 |

| Abstract: | Involving growth of agricultural efficiency, agricultural development and income growth of the peasants subjects, beneficial attempt has been done in land circulation field in Donggang City. This article introduced the status and characteristics of land circulation in Donggang City, analyzed the existing problems, put forward countermeasures of constructing trading platform, paying attention to mechanism innovation, standard rural land circulation management, strengthening the propaganda guidance, fostering the subject of land circulation, and optimizing the environment of land circulation, etc., providing references for working of rural land circulation. |
