我国农业科技进步贡献率的测算与分析

摘    要:以国家统计局发布的1991~2000年统计数据为基础,采用索洛增长速度方程测算了全国“八五”“九五”期间农业科技进步贡献率,分别为42.01%和44.72%,指出目前我国农业科技进步贡献率低的现状,提出加快农业科技进步的对策建议。

Abstract:In this article the contribution rate of agricultural S&T advancement in China during the period of "the 8th Five-Year Plan" and "the 9th Five-Year Plan" was measured and calculated with the equation of Solow increment speed on the basis of the data during 1991~2000 issued by the National Bureau of Statistics.The result respectively was 42.01% and 44.72%.Then it was pointed out that the current situation of contribution rate of agricultural S&T advancement in China was low,and suggestion to accelerate the agricultural S&T advancement was put forward.
