摘    要:利用 K( Ae.kotschyi)、V( Ae.ventricosa)型小麦雄性不育恢复系轮回选择群体 C3及其 6个恢复亲本基因型 ,与 K太 91 1 2 89A和 V太 91 1 2 89A不育系分别杂交 ,获得了 2 1 2个杂种 ;利用这些杂种分析研究了杂种 F1 代的恢复度及其产生单倍体的频率。结果表明 ,不同亲本的恢复基因得到累加重组 ,优良恢复基因型的频率提高 ,30 %基因型的恢复度达到 81 .0 %~ 96.2 % ,平均值 90 .2 % ,较双亲平均值 ( 75.7% )提高 1 4 .5% ;有2 1 %的杂种 F1 产生单倍体 ,单倍体频率的变化幅度为 3.9%~ 9.8% ,且随着恢复度的提高呈现下降的趋势 ,为显著的负相关 ( r=-0 .8732~ -0 .92 58) ,说明恢复基因对单倍体的产生有一定的抑制作用

Abstract:By using of 212 hybrids (F1) derived from Ae.kotschyi CMS line - Tai911289 and Ae.ventricosa CMS line - Tai911289 were crossed with fertile plants of genotype of regulation selection population C3 and their 6 restoring parents. The restoring degree and the haploid ratios of K、V-cytoplasmic hybrid wheat were studied. The results showed that the restoring ability of population had been significantly improved with the increase of frequencies of the restoring gen and genotype due to recombination and accumulation of various restoring gene by three cycle of recurrent selection. There were 30% genotypes selected from C3 fertile population, the restoring degree of them were up to 81.0%~96.2%, the average was 90.2%, increased by 14.5% compared with the average of 6 parents (75.7%). There were 21% of them produced haploids in the hybrid wheat (F1), the change range of haploid ratios was 3.90%~9.83%. The haploid ratios were reduced with the increasing of restoring degree and showed significant negative correlation (r=-0.8732~-0.9258). This result could be given to show that the restoring gene had some inhibitory effects on haploid production.
