摘    要:水质评价的作用是了解和掌握水质情况,判断水质是否符合标准,进而采取有效措施,提高水资源的利用率。基于云模型的原理,利用层次分析法、熵权法和投影寻踪法这3种主客观相结合的方法计算组合权重来改进云模型,通过云模型计算各检测点的指标隶属度与组合权重相乘得到评价等级隶属度,依据最大隶属度的原则得出评价结果。选取昆山市周庄镇9条重点河道进行实例研究,验证了模型方法的有效性和适用性。

Abstract:The function of water quality evaluation is to understand and master the water quality situation, judge whether the water quality meets the standard, and then take effective measures to improve the utilization rate of water resources. Based on the principle of cloud model, this paper uses AHP, entropy weight method and projection pursuit method to calculate the combination weight to improve the cloud model, calculates the index membership degree of each detection point and multiplies the combination weight by the cloud model to obtain the evaluation grade membership degree, and obtains the evaluation result according to the principle of maximum membership degree. Nine key rivers in Zhouzhuang Town of Kunshan City were selected as examples to verify the effectiveness and applicability of the model method.
