摘    要:采用分光光度法,对多花黄精根、茎、叶和花4个部位的多糖、黄酮、皂苷含量进行检测,采用DPPH自由基清除法、羟自由基清除法及FRAP法对多花黄精各部位进行抗氧化及总还原力测定试验。结果表明:多糖主要集中在根部,黄酮与皂苷主要集中在叶部。多花黄精各部位抗氧化活性大小顺序为:叶>花>茎>根,与各部位黄酮含量大小顺序一致。研究结果显示多花黄精叶具有深度开发成为天然抗氧化剂的潜力。

Abstract:The contents of polysaccharides, flavonoids and saponins, derived from the root, stem, leaf and flower belong to Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua, were measured by spectrophotometry. The experiments about the oxidation resistance and total reducing force of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua were conducted by DPPH free radical scavenging assay, hydroxyl radical scavenging and ferric ion reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) method, respectively. Results showed that polysaccharides were determined mainly in roots, while flavonoids and saponins were found mainly in leaves. The antioxidant activity in each part of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua was: leaf > flower > stem > root, which is consistent with the content of flavonoid in each part. The result demonstrated that the leaf of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua has the potential for the development of a natural antioxidant.
