外源营养袋重量变化对羊肚菌产量影响试验初报

【目的】通过外源营养袋重量变化对羊肚菌产量影响试验，探究营养物质不同利用率对出菇产量的影响。【方法】在相同栽培环境下比较外源营养袋在栽培初期及出菇期重量变化，分析其重量变化与出菇产量间的关系。【结果】通过对比试验表明，外源营养袋重量减轻越大（大于50﹪以上），羊肚菌产量才可以达到正常产量（2250 Kg/hm2）以上。减轻比例越大（大于50﹪以上），说明外源营养袋营养成分消耗越充分，相应的羊肚菌产量亦越大，反之，外源营养袋重量变化减轻越小，说明外源营养袋营养成分消耗越少，羊肚菌产量亦越小。【结论】表明外源营养袋重量变化量和出菇产量呈正相关，对羊肚菌实际生产具有一定的参考价值。

Preliminary report on the effect of weight change of exogenous nutrition bag on the yield of Morchella

Objective] To explore the effect of different nutrient utilization rate on mushroom yield through the experiment of the influence of weight change of exogenous nutrition bag on the yield of Morchella.Methods] Under the same cultivation environment, the weight changes of exogenous nutrition bags in the early cultivation period and fruiting period were compared, and the relationship between weight changes and fruiting yield was analyzed.Results] The comparative test showed that the greater the weight reduction of the bag (more than 50%), the higher the normal yield of morels (2250 Kg/hm2) could be. The greater the reduction ratio (more than 50%), the more sufficient the nutrient consumption of the bag is and the greater the yield of the corresponding Morchella. On the contrary, the smaller the weight change of the bag is, the less the nutrient consumption of the bag is and the smaller the yield of Morchella is.Conclusion] The results showed that the weight change of exogenous nutrition bag was positively correlated with the fruiting yield, which had certain reference value for the actual production of the less the nutrient consumption of the bag is and the smaller the yield of Morchella is.
