甘蔗不同叶位幼叶鞘内源激素与愈伤诱导率关系研究

摘    要:对三个甘蔗品种不同叶位幼叶鞘进行内源激素的测定,分析,并对其进行愈伤诱导。结果表明,甘蔗不同叶位幼叶鞘内的IAA,CTK,GA1+3呈单峰曲线变化,处于中间叶位的-3叶,-4叶含量最高,其次为心叶,外围幼叶叶鞘含量最低,叶位间含量差异达显著水平:ABA变化较为平稳,叶位间含量差异不显著。内源IAA,CTK,GA1+3含量高的中间叶位,愈伤诱导率也高,心叶诱导率次之,外围幼叶鞘诱导率最低。诱导率及愈伤质量在品种间存在差异。

Abstract:Studies on the endogenous hormones in the different young leaf sheath of sugarcane and the callus induction were reported in this paper. It was showed that the change of the endogenous hormones was proved to be regular from the spindle to the external leaf. The diagram of the IAA,CTK and GA 1+3 in younger leaf sheath was proved to be a one peak curve, the maximum of them is in the 3rd, 4th of the middle leaves, then in the spindle leaves and the minimum is in the external leaf sheath. However, the content of ABA was stable in variant leaf sheath. There was no significant difference for the content of ABA in young leaf sheath of different nodes, but the content of other endogenous hormones in different leaf nodes was significantly different. The callus induction of the young leaf lamina is significantly different in variant nodes, as that the highest induction in the middle leaf node, the second of that is in the spindle and the minimum is in the internal leaf sheath. These maybe the facts which accounted for the higher content of IAA, CTK, and GA 1+3 with the higher induction.
