半散养和圈养肉食目动物肠道寄生虫感染情况调查

为了解动物园半散养和圈养肉食目动物寄生虫的感染状况,采用饱和盐水漂浮法和水洗沉淀法对虎、狮、熊、狼等116头肉食动物粪便进行了寄生虫检查。结果显示：寄生虫总感染率为71.55%,半散养的肉食目动物寄生虫的感染率为74%（74/100）,圈养的感染率为56.3%（9/16）。半散养的线虫平均感染强度（EPG）为10158,其中EPG值最高的达23 400;吸虫平均感染强度（EPG）为6 008,其中EPG值最高的达33 600;球虫平均感染强度（EPG）为142。圈养的线虫平均感染强度（EPG）为350,其中EPG值最高的达600;球虫平均感染强度（EPG）为120,其中EPG值最高的达600;吸虫的平均感染强度（EPG）为0。

An Investigation of Intestinal Parasitic Infection in Ornamental Carnivorous Animals Raised in Scatters and in Sites
