数控铣床误差检测与补偿方法研究

摘    要:通过对影响数控铣床加工精度误差的分析,并对误差进行合理分类,阐述了双频激光干涉仪的工作原理及利用双频激光干涉仪对数控铣床进行精度检测的方法,对单轴数控铣床的螺距误差、反向间隙等进行标定与补偿,切实改善机床精度,提高零件加工质量,不至于在生产过程中产生废品。

Abstract:Through the impact of precision CNC milling machine processing error analysis,and errors in a reasonable request,the paper described the dual-frequency laser interferometer principle and the use of dual-frequency laser interferometer for CNC milling machine to test the method and accuracy of uniaxial CNC milling machine and reverse the pitch error space to carry out calibration and compensation,and improve the accuracy of machine tools and improve the quality of spare parts processing,to not produce waste in the production process.
