| 摘 要： | 对高校图书馆的职业道德现状进行分析,阐述了加强图书馆职业道德建设的意义,图书馆职业道德规范的基本内涵,并提出了加强图书馆职业道德建设的方法、途径：①领导重视,率先垂范;②借鉴、继承中国传统的道德规范;③大力开展精神文明建设活动,加强图书馆职业道德教育;④发挥舆论监督作用;⑤从我做起,自我修养。 |

| Abstract: | The paper has analyzed the status of professional ethics of University Libraries,and elaborated the significance of enhancing the building of professional ethics in library and the essential connotation of professional ethics of the library.It also proposes some approaches to strengthen the library building of professional ethics as follows： ① Leaders should attach importance to the issue and take the lead in offer as an example;② Learn to inherit the traditional Chinese moral standards;③ Carry out activities for spiritual civilization promoting to strengthen the library professional ethics education;④ Give scope to the role of supervision by public opinion;⑤ self-cultivation starts from everyone. |
