| 摘 要： | 四川汶川5·12特大地震，导致四川省88个县（区）受灾，其中农村受灾尤为惨重。目前，灾后重建工作正在有序开展，农民既是灾后重建的主要力量，又是直接受益者，灾后重建必须发挥农民的主体作用，而村民自治是发挥农民主体作用的重要制度保障。对村民自治组织参与灾后重建的状况进行了实地调查，并剖析了制约村民自治组织作用发挥的主要因素，在此基础上提出了可行的对策建议。
