摘    要:下降管式热解液化装置能够实现生物质热解液化.为了研究下降管中生物质半焦和陶瓷球两种散体混合下落的换热规律,在前期研究的基础上,对实验设备进行了改进设计,并将原实验物料--生物质粉更换为生物质半焦,使实验结果对实际装置的设计与改进更具指导意义.根据不同温度陶瓷球(50、60、70℃)与室温空气的换热实验,通过热平衡分析,得到了陶瓷球热载体与空气的对流传热系数h=600 W/(m2*K);陶瓷球与生物质半焦颗粒换热实验表明,不考虑边界效应时竖直管内温度呈线性分布;对流换热为竖直下降管系统热量传递的主要方式.
