花生种子休眠性研究

摘    要:利用不同花生品种进行种子休眠性试验,结果表明,不同花生品种种子休眠性差异很大。育成和参试品种中鲁花14号和花选8号种子休眠性较强,发芽率分别为27.3%和29.5%;育种中间材料种子休眠性差异较大,发芽率变异范围为4.5%~100%。种质资源中普通型花生(D1128)种子休眠性最强,发芽率仅为1.9%。干热处理对花生种子休眠性影响试验结果表明,随处理时间的延长,种子休眠性逐渐丧失。

Abstract:In the present study,seed dormancy of different peanut varieties were detected.Seed dormancy of Luhua 14 was stronger than other released varieties and Huaxuan 8 taking part in Provincial Trial,and their germination percentage were 27.3% and 29.5% respectively.There were apparent differences among peanut breeding lines,and their germination percentage ranged from 4.5% to 100%.Seed dormancy of Virginia type D_1128 was stronger than other type accessions,and its germination percentage was 1.9%.Seed dormancy of peanut was investigated after pretreatment with high temperature.The result showed: seed dormancy of peanut gradually losted,as treatment time of high temperature was lengthened.
