| 摘 要： | 介绍了几种分子标记技术的基本原理和特点，总结了分子标记技术在植物亲缘关系和遗传多态性研究、DNA指纹库的建立、遗传图谱的构建及分子标记辅助选择育种等方面的应用，并对分子标记技术在植物遗传育种领域的应用前景进行了展望。

| Abstract: | The theories and characteristics of several molecular marking technique have clarified,and their applications in plant genetic polymorphism and genetic relationship,establishment of DNA fingerprinting pool,construction of genetic map and marker-assisted selection breeding. The orientation of molecular marker's application in plant genetics and breeding is put forward. |
