甘肃省SARD评价指标体系初探

通过建立评价指标体系测度区域可持续发展水平,是可持续评价研究中的常用方法之一。在涵盖农业与农村人口、社会、资源环境等子系统内容,考虑到指标数据的可得性与甘肃省农业与农村经济、社会、资源环境特殊性的基础上,建立了包括农业与农村经济、社会及资源环境三大部分的甘肃省农业与农村可持续发展评价指标体系,在设置过程中,尝试使指标体系不仅符合可持续发展目标,而且在实际应用中具有可比性,以期能为定量测度提供依据。

The research on evaluation index system of SARD in Gansu province

Evaluating the level of sustainable development by designing indexes system of evaluation is one of the means in sustainable research. Based on the contents including population, society, resources and environment of countryside and agriculture, this paper set up the index system of evaluation of SARD, by thinking about indexes available and the region characteristic of agricultural and rural economy, society, resources and environment in Gansu province. Meanwhile, the paper tried to conform to objective of the indexes system of sustainable development and made it comparable in evaluation application.
