海峡两岸农业经济一体化分析

海峡两岸农业经济一体化的基础是两岸农业发展现状所引致的互补性特征以及加入世界贸易组织后所面临的共同挑战。海峡两岸农业经济一体化，具有促进两岸农产品和农业生产要索的自由流动、提高消费福利水平、改善两岸农业生产结构以及取得规模经济效果等作用。应该在两岸现有的农业合作模式的基础上，明确提出建设海峡两岸农业经济一体化的构想．构建以农业物流企业为中心的两岸农业供应链；同时，在海峡农业经济一体化过程中．应该注意一体化程度的均衡发展，避免台湾农业资本过度投资火陆所产生的“贸易抑制效应”。

Analysis on Agricultural Integration across Taiwan Straits

The basis of the agricultural integration across the straits is the complementary character of the present agricultural development status of the Mainland and Taiwan and the co-challenges facing the two sides after the admission of the WTO.The free flow of agricultural products and factors,the increase of the consumers' welfare,the restructuring function of agriculture and the effect of large scale production are some of the benefits that will be created by the agricultural integration across the straits.The author strongly suggests the two sides openly declare the plan of integrating the two agricultures,and set up the agricultural supply chain across the straits.At the same time,the Taiwan administration should allow the Mainland capitalist to invest in the field of agriculture in the island,for the good of achieving a balance of agricultural integration across the straits.
