FSAE赛车车架结构优化和轻量化

摘    要:车架是赛车的安装载体,所占赛车整备质量百分比很大。本文首先建立广东工业大学第一届FSAE赛车车架的三维几何模型;然后将几何模型导入到有限元软件中,建立了车架的有限元模型,对车架进行了静态受力分析和模态分析.根据仿真分析结果进行结构优化和轻量化设计,最后确定我校第二届FSAE赛车车架,实现车架减轻重量8.4kg。因此。结构优化和轻量化对赛车设计制造有重要意义。

The Structure Optimization and Lightweight of FSAE Car Frame

Abstract:The frame is the installation carrier of a race car, accounts for a great percentage of curb weight. Firstly, 3D models of the first FSAE racing car frame of Guangdong Industrial University of Technology were established. Secondly, the geometry model was imported into the finite element software to set up the finite element model of the frame, so on the base of the simula tion result for the static stress analysis and modal analysis, structure optimization and lightweight design were carried out. Final ly, the second FSAE racing car frame was finalized, and the mass of the frame was reduced by 8.4kg. It is very important for us to carry out structure optimization and lightweight design on the FSAE racing car frame.
