摘    要:唐宋时期,随着社会经济发展、农业生产力水平的不断提高,茶叶生产异军突起,获得了快速发展,茶业遂成为传统社会中新兴的、有很大发展潜力的产业。茶业的发展,为社会提供了种类繁多、数量巨大的商品茶,满足了社会城乡居民对茶叶的消费需求,促使自唐代以来的饮茶风习日炽,茶叶逐渐成为人们日常生活必备的生活必需品。唐宋茶叶消费逐渐被赋予了丰富的文化内涵,中国茶文化由此发端并不断发展,成为中国优秀传统文化的重要组成部分之一。

Abstract:The tea production became a new and quickly developing industry in pace with the developing of agricultural economy during the Tang and Song Dynasties.There were so many and deferent teas that met the needs of residents of town and country,people drink more and more tea and tea became daily necessities.Tea consumption was given a new meaning of culture and tea culture began forming,developing,it was the important part of good traditions of culture.
