摘    要:为培养高级应用型食品检测专业人才,对食品分析实验进行了课程改革,分析了目前教学中存在的问题。对课程设置、时间安排、实验评分标准等内容进行改革,尤其是增加了不同学科之间互相渗透的综合性大实验,将食品分析实验和食品工艺实验结合在一起。旨在培养出掌握食品检测专业知识、符合企业发展需要的高素质应用型人才。

The Reform of Food Analysis Experiment and the Study of Training Advanced Applied Professionals of Food Detection
Abstract:The curriculum reform of food analysis experiment was carried out in order to train the advanced applied professionals of food detection.The problems existed in the present teaching were analyzed.The general curriculum,time arrangement and the experimental grading standards were reformed,especially the comprehensive experiments between the penetration of different subjects were increased.The experiments of food analysis and the food technology were combined.This major aims to train the advanced applied professionals of food detection who mastering the professional knowledge and meeting the needs of the development of modern enterprises.
