摘    要:通过测定立枯丝核菌毒素的紫外吸收光谱,在200~300 nm找出了210、220、241、269和296 nm 5个特征吸收峰。并应用大豆幼根对提取的毒素进行了生物活性的测定。通过对毒素不同浓度与吸光值回归分析,得出了其相对浓度测定的数学计算式。

Abstract:The UV absorption spectra of toxin of Rhizoctonia sogani was measured. Five absorption peaks at 210, 220,241, 269 and 296 nm in the UV spectra. And crude toxin to radicle of soybean was biological tested. At last,a direct calculation formula about comparatively toxin concentration was established by regression analysis of different concentrations of toxins and its ultraviolet absorption.
