| 摘 要： | 粮食安全问题是一个全球性问题，特别是近几年，粮价飙涨已经成为各国首要解决的问题。我国是世界人口第一大国，人多地少是基本国情，坚守18亿亩耕地红线，确保粮食安全，要求我国必须实行世界上最严格的土地管理制度。

| Abstract: | The problem of grain security is a worldwide problem.Especially in recent years,with the price of grain going up rapidly,it has become primary problem to solve.Our country has the largest population in the world,but many people with little land.We should stick to the deadline of cultiated land with 1.8 billion Mu and make sure the security of grain,which require our country must carry out the strictest managerial system of land in the world. |
