摘    要:研究8株根瘤菌对"中苜1号"紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.cv.Zhongmu No.1)的接种效果。结果表明:8株根瘤菌接种效果差异明显;接种后干草重、根瘤数、干根重、粗蛋白质含量比对照分别增加了3.8%~26.12%、2.9%~41.43%、5.8%~41.38%和2.39%~8.5%;筛选出与中苜1号最佳共生匹配的根瘤菌ACCC17544,该菌株能增强其共生固氮效果,既提高干草产量,又增加粗蛋白质含量,具有一定的生产应用价值。

Abstract:The effects of inoculation with 8 rhizobial strains on Medicago sativa L.cv.Zhongmu No.1 were studied.The results show that there was significant difference in different strains for alfalfa growth improvement.The shoot dry weight of Zhongmu No.1 inoculated with rhizobia increased 3.8%~26.12%,the number of nodules increased 2.9%~41.43%,the root dry weight increased 5.8%~41.38%,and the content of crude protein increase 2.39%~8.5% in comparison with the control.Zhongmu No.1 grew well by inoculation with the strain ACCC17544 which enhanced the symbiotic nitrogen fixation,forage yield,and protein content in alfalfa.
