摘    要:采用方差分析和多元相关分析法,选用3个不结球白菜品种研究了光照度、施肥量和品种3因素互作对叶片和叶柄硝酸盐含量和产量的影响.结果表明:光照度、施肥量及品种对不结球白菜硝酸盐含量和产量都存在显著影响.随着光照度的增加,叶片和叶柄的硝酸盐含量显著下降,而产量明显增加,相关系数分别达-0.574、-0.314和0.508;同时,还发现若适当增加施肥量,能明显提高产量,但叶片和叶柄中硝酸盐积累也增多.施肥量与产量的相关系数达0.433.硝酸盐积累和产量增加的多少因品种不同而异.
