柴达木盆地土地合理利用与绿洲生态农业持续发展

本文在综合分析柴达木盆地土地利用有利条件和限制因素，以及土地利用现状特点和存在问题的基础上，着重就盆地土地合理开发利用与绿洲生态农业持续发展问题进行了初步探讨，并提出了如下见解：（１）立足盆地农业资源优势，调整农业结构，发展效益型绿洲生态农业和市场农业；（２）盆地农业开发近期应以改造中低产田和恢复弃耕地为主，适度开垦宜农荒地为辅；（３）加强防护林体系建设，改善生态环境，保障盆地农牧业持续发展；（４）重视盆地天然草场合理利用与科学管理和保护，加快人工草场建设，促进畜牧业持续发展。

RATIONAL LAND UTILIZATION AND SUSTAINABLE OASES ECOLOGICAL AGRICULTURE DEVELOPMENT OF THE QAIDAM BASIN

This paper,on the basis of comprehensive analysis of favorable conditions and limited factors for land use and the current characteristics and problems of land use in the Qaidam basin,specifically discusses the basin's rational land exploitation and use and its oases ecological agriculture,and puts forward some proposals as following:(1)take advantage of the basin's superiority of agricultural resources,modify the agricultural structure,and deveolp a high-benefit opened and market-directed oases ecological agriculture;(2)in the near future,agricultural development should pay more attention to amelioration of middle and low-yield farmland and restoration of deserted farmland,and take the reclamation of arable land on a limited scale as complementary measures;(3)strengthen the construction of protective forest system,improve ecological environment,and ensure the basin's agricultural and animal husbandry sustainable development;(4)emphasize rational utilization and scientific management and conservation of the basin's natural pasture,accelerate the construction of man-built pasture,advance animal husbandry sustainable development. \ \
