Natural conditions, solid foundation, high value, market prospects, and policies conducive to the development opportunities and other favorable conditions for the development, and problems like laging behind ideas, did not form a in- dustry chain, extensive management , brand did not affect significantly, poor organization in the pepper industry were analyzed. Thia article put forward ideas to improve understanding of specific industry devel- opment objectives; a sound institutional mechanism to stimulate industry development; focus on policy support, and enhance industrial development potential and other measures to accelerate the development of pepper industry.
