红桦容器育苗试验研究

摘    要:采用正交试验设计方法,从不同的留苗数、土壤基质、生长激素质量分数对红桦容器苗生长质量的影响进行了研究。结果表明:不同留苗数、不同土壤基质、不同质量分数激素处理的组合之间,红桦幼苗苗木的各项生长指标有明显的差异。红桦容器育苗的最佳组合是:A1B1C2,即留苗数选用1株、土壤基质选用50%腐殖质+30%细河沙+20%锯末、GGR处理的质量分数选用20×10^-6。在最佳组合处理下,红桦幼苗高18.49cm、地径0.30cm、根长18.7cm、侧根数17个、地上鲜质量2.71g、地下鲜质量0.28g。

Abstract:An orthogonal test design was used to examine the effects of different remained number of seedling, soil matrix and different concentration growth hormone on the growth quality of B. albo-sinenis Bruk. seedling. The results showed that each seedling growth index of B. albo-sinensis Bruk. was significant difference under the treatments of different remained number of seedling, soil matrix and different concentration growth hormone. The optimum combination of raising seedling in container of B. albo-sinensis Bruk. was A1B1C2, where the seedling was 1, the matrix 50% humus +30% thin sand +20% sawdust, and the GGR 20×10^-6 treatment. Seedling height of B. albo-sinensis Bruk. in the combination could get 18.49 cm diameter, near 0. 3 cm ground, 18.7 cm root length, 17 side root number, 2.71 g aboveground wet weight, and 0. 28 g underground wet weight, respectively.
