鄂西南山区山羊传染性胸膜肺炎霉形体的药物敏感性试验

[目的]为鄂西南山区山羊传染性胸膜肺炎霉形的临床用药提供参考。[方法]分别测定了盐酸环丙沙星、氧氟沙星、甲磺酸单诺沙星、硫氰酸红霉素、罗红霉素、酒石酸泰乐菌素、富马酸泰妙菌素、盐酸四环素等8种药物对PG3株和Y-eshi-goat株的敏感性及联合用药的敏感作用。[结果]PG3株和Y-eshi-goat株一样对8种药物中的红霉素及泰妙菌素最为敏感,其次是罗红霉素和泰乐菌素,四环素及喹诺酮类药物较不敏感。4种药物的联合药敏试验表明,红霉素与氧氟沙星表现为相加作用,而红霉素与泰乐菌素表现为无关作用。[结论]临床上治疗山羊传染性胸膜肺炎时首选红霉素和泰妙菌素等高敏药物,次选泰乐菌素与罗红霉素等中敏药物。

Drug Sensitivity Analysis of Infectious Peripneumonia Mycoplasma from Goat in Southwestern Mountain Area of Hubei Provicne

[Objective] The research aimed to provide reference for the clinical medication of infectious peripneumonia mycoplasma from goat in southwestern mountain area of Hubei province.[Method] The sensitivity of 8 kinds of drugs including ciprofloxacin hydrochloride,ofloxacin,danofloxacin mesylate,erythromycin thiocyanate,roxithromycin,tylosin tartrate,timulin fumarate and tetracycline hydrochloride to strain PG3 and strain Y-eshi-goat and the sensitive effect of the combined medication were determined resp.[Result] Strain PG3 and strain Y-eshi-goat were most sensitive to erythromycin and timulin among 8 kinds of drugs,followed by roxithromycin and tylosin,while tetracycline and quinolones were insensitive.The combined sensitivity test of 4 kinds of drugs showed that erythromycin and ofloxacin showed an additive effect,while erythromycin and tylosin showed an unrelated effect.[Conclusion] On the clinical therapy of infectious peripneumonia mycoplasma in goat,the high-sensitive drugs such as erythromycin and timulin were the first-choice drugs,and the medium-sensitive drugs such as tylosin and roxithromycin were the second choice.
