河南省农业可持续发展的路径探索

河南省农业中存在的突出问题和矛盾制约着农业的可持续发展。要实现向农业强省的跨越,必须落实科学发展观,统筹城乡经济,协调工农业关系,协调人口、资源、环境和制度诸因素,从农业内部和外部着手,依靠科技进步转变农业增长方式和发展模式,加快农业产业结构调整,提高产业化经营水平,优化农业发展环境,来提升农业可持续发展的能力。

Research on Route of Agricultural Sustainable Development in Henan Province

There are still some problems which restrict agricultural development.As a stronger agricultural province,we must implement scientific development view and coordinate industrial and agricultural relationship,urban and rural economic development.To propel Henan's agricultural sustainable development,we should coordinate population,resource,environment and institution and take some countermeasures which include developing ecological agriculture,speeding up the adjustment of agricultural structure by means of science and technology innovation,enhancing level of industrial management and creating sound surrounding for agriculture.
