煤炭资源枯竭型城市鸡西市耕地集约利用评价

提高煤炭资源枯竭型城市耕地集约利用是实现煤炭城市可持续发展的前提和基础，以煤炭资源枯竭型城市鸡西市为例，在耕地集约利用相关研究的基础上，以影响城市耕地集约利用的约束条件和耕地集约利用程度为要素层，构建煤炭资源枯竭型城市鸡西市耕地集约利用评价指标体系，运用最优组合赋权法确定指标权重，对2008年鸡西市耕地集约利用进行分析，结果表明:鸡西市耕地集约利用水平具有明显的空间分异和区域性差异；今后的发展趋势是耕地的投入强度和生态环境质量应该呈上升趋势，而耕地的利用程度和产出效果则呈下降趋势。鸡西市在今后可以通过优化耕地利用结构，提高耕地集约利用思想，以科技创新发展地区特色农业系统等方式来提高耕地的集约利用水平。

An Evaluation Study on the Intensive Utilization of Cultivated Land of Jixi City with Coal Exhausted Resource Type in Heilongjiang Province

Enhancing the intensive utilization of cultivated land of the city with coal exhausted resource type is the precondition and basis of sustainable development of coal city. Jixi city with coal exhausted resource type was selected as the case study, based on the relevant research of intensive utilization of cultivated land, and under the element layer of intensive utilization of cultivated land affected by constraint condition and utilize degree, cultivated land intensive use evaluation index system of Jixi City with coal exhausted resource type was built, and optimal combination weighting method was utilized to confirm the index weight, and to analyze the intensive cultivated land use of Jixi City in 2008. The Results showed that the intensive cultivated land use level in Jixi city presented various spatial and regional variations. The following development trend is that the investment degree of cultivated land and the ecological and environmental quality is increasing, and the utilization degree of the cultivated land and output effect is decreasing. In the following development period, cultivated land use structure should be optimized and intensive utilization thinking of cultivated land should be enhanced to develop region characteristic agriculture system with technological innovation in Jixi City.
