层次分析法在农业企业人因人本管理中的应用

摘    要:介绍了国内外企业人本管理的情况,阐述了人因工程在农业企业人本管理中应用的重要性。以南京远望富硒农产品有限责任公司为例,建立了基于人因工程的人本管理指标体系,运用层次分析法对农业企业人因人本管理进行评价与分析,以期为提高农业企业人因人本管理提供指导和评价依据。

Abstract:The situation of people-oriented management of the domestic and international agricultural enterprise was introduced,and the importance of application of the people-oriented management in agricultural enterprise was elaborated.Taking Nanjing Yuanwang Rich Se Agricultural Products Co.,Ltd.as an example,the people-oriented management index system based on human factors engineering was built up,and the human factors and people-oriented management of agricultural enterprise were evaluated and analyzed by AHP,in order to provide instruction and evaluation for improving the human factors and people-oriented management of agricultural enterprise.
