摘    要:以玉米品种丰禾10号和金玉1号为试材,用水培法在苗期进行缺钾处理,以完全培养液为对照,缺钾症状出现后进行生理指标测定。结果表明,缺钾处理使植株叶片叶绿素含量、蛋白质含量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性降低;而乙醇酸氧化酶活性、脯氨酸含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量升高。

Abstract:Maize variety Jinyul and FenghelO were used as experiment materials in the study. Culturesolution was used to deal with the offspring and made them separately lacking K, and made the complete culture solution as control group. The physiology index was measured when the symptoms of lacking chemical element occurred. The results showed that the offspring lacked K, chlorophyll content, protein content, SOD activity all decreased, while glycolateoxida activity, contents of MDA and proline increased.
