| 摘 要： | 目的]明确砀山酥梨果实的生长发育与其果肉中内源激素含量的关系方法]以砀山酥梨为试材,利用酶联免疫吸附分析法对砀山酥梨不同发育时期果肉内源激素变化动态进行了测定分析。结果]生长促进型激素ZR、GA和IAA含量在砀山酥梨授粉后1 ~15 d呈上升趋势,较高ZR、GA和IAA含量能促进砀山酥梨子房发育和正常坐果。果实中ZR含量在砀山酥梨第一个快速生长期开始时最高,之后呈下降趋势,直到果实成熟。IAA和GA的变化动态大致相似,在果实第一个快速生长期含量较高,随着果实发育逐渐减少,进入果实第二个快速生长期又迅速增加并达到最大值,与果实生长动态基本吻合。ABA含量分别在授粉后15、45、120 d出现高峰,与砀山酥梨生理落果和果实成熟时期基本一致。结论]砀山酥梨果实的生长发育各时期持续时间及其内源激素含量也不相同,果实的生长发育与其内源激素的含量有密切关系。
