摘    要:目前国内对除草剂中特丁津含量分析的方法尚无国家标准或行业标准,国际杀虫剂分析协作委员会(CIPAC)采用的含量检验方法为气相色谱法,分离效果不稳定。鉴此,以Shimadzu10-A VP Plus高效液相色谱仪和Kromasil 100-5-C18不锈钢色谱柱建立了测定特丁津含量的高效液相色谱分析方法,流动相:甲醇-水(70∶30),流速:1.0 mL/min,柱温:室温,检测波长:224 nm,进样量20μL。测定结果表明,特丁津在2~100 mg/L的范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 995),平均回收率为99.78%(RSD=0.000 42)。该方法简便、新颖,具有准确、快速、精密度好等优点。

Abstract:At present,there are no national standards or industry standards for content analysis of terbuthylazine.The regular test method by CIPAC is gas chromatography,which flaw is separation instability.This study provided a determination method by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),using Shimadzu 10-A VP Plus HPLC apparatus with Kromasil 100-5-C18 stainless steel column,mobile phase:methanol-water(70∶30),flow rate:1.0 mL/min,column temperature:room temperature,a detective wave length:224 nm,and injection volume of 20 μL.Determination results indicated that with the method terbuthylazine had a good linear relationship within 2-100 mg/L(r=0.999 995),and the average recovery was 99.78%(RSD=0.000 42).The novel method possessed the advantages of simple,accurate,fast and precise.
