朝天椒中辣椒红色素的提取与分离

摘    要:在不同溶剂、提取时间、固液比、温度等条件下,通过单因素试验确定正交试验的参数,对辣椒红色素提取最佳工艺条件进行了研究.结果表明:超声波提取的最佳条件即提取时间为35 min,最佳提取剂为丙酮,最佳浸提固液比为1:11.采用最佳提取方法提取的辣椒红色素粗品经石油醚萃取得到的辣椒红色素精品色价为67.8,回收率为79.5%...
