摘    要:采用柠檬酸三钠还原法制备了粒径为9 nm的金纳米微粒。结果表明:在pH 7.0的Tris-HCl缓冲溶液中,金标记羊抗牛免疫球蛋白G(IgG)与牛IgG产生特异性结合,羊抗牛IgG包裹的金纳米微粒释放出来,在聚乙二醇-20000的作用下发生聚集,导致体系在580 nm处的共振散射峰增强。当牛IgG浓度在0.013 3~1.33μg/mL范围内,随着牛IgG浓度的增加,共振散射强度线性增强,方法的检出限为0.007 95μg/mL,用于定量分析牛初乳中的IgG,结果令人满意。

Abstract:9.0 nm of gold nano-particles were prepared by using the method of trisodium citrate reduction method.The results showed that in the pH 7.0 of Tris-HCl buffer solution,the colloid gold labeling goat anti-bovine IgG was specific binding with the bovine IgG,the gold nano-particles were released from the goat anti-bovine IgG,and then aggregated to bigger size particles with the action of polyethylene glycol-2000(PEG-2000),which leaded the intensity of resonance scattering peaks at 580 nm to be enhanced greatly...
