| 摘 要： | 为探讨中草药结合葡萄糖对断奶仔猪多系统消耗综合征(PMWS)的治疗效果,在确诊感染猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)的3个猪场内,挑选888头(A场288头、B场300头、C场300头)PCV2阳性断奶仔猪,随机分为6组:中草药+30%葡萄糖组、西药+30%葡萄糖组、中草药组、西药组、30%葡萄糖组和空白对照组。各组于处理20 d后开始统计结果。结果表明:中草药+30%葡萄糖对PMWS有明显的治疗效果,总有效率高达90.57%;西药+30%葡萄糖组对PMWS的总有效率为79.73%;中草药组、西药组以及30%葡萄糖组对PMWS总有效率分别为87.87%、68.92%及64.87%;而空白对照组的自愈率为52.03%。从而表明中草药结合葡萄糖对治疗PMWS有明显效果。
