摘    要:研究了南方根结线虫对生姜生长和发育的影响.结果表明,南方根结线虫侵染生姜后,显著影响生姜的生长,致使生姜减产47.96%;同时降低了根系活力、叶绿素含量和光合速率,并改变光合作用的日变化规律.感染根结线虫的生姜根茎维生素C和挥发油含量降低,纤维素升高,致使品质下降.但根结线虫侵染提高了生姜叶片的硝酸还原酶活性,以及根茎可溶性糖、淀粉和游离氨基酸含量,这些变化则加剧了根结线虫的侵染和繁殖.

Abstract:The effects of M.incognita on the growth and development of ginger were studied in this experiment.Results indicated that M.incognita severe effected ginger growth,finally reduced ginger yield by 46.48%.M.incogintu also decreased roots activity,chlorophyll content and Pn,and altered daily variety of Pn.There had lower content of vC and volatized oil,and higher content of fiber in Infected rhizome,which decreased ginger qualities.The increase of sugar,starch and amino acid content and NR activity were favorable to the growth and development of M.incognitu.
