汽车发电机故障模拟试验台的设计

摘    要:针对目前汽车发电机故障诊断存在的问题,以LabVIEW软件为平台,应用动态链接库技术,设计了教学用汽车发电机故障模拟试验台.它能使学生直观地认识和了解其硬件组成和软件设计,学习汽车发电机波形检测和故障排除的基本方法,有利于提高他们的实际操作技能,提高教学效率和教学效果.

Abstract:In connection with the insufficiency in breakdown diagnosis of automobile generator,uses Labview software as platform to exploit and design by the dynamic link library(DLL) technology,malfunction simulation test bench for automotive fault waveform generator may be used to meet demand of teaching and studying.It is helpful to students to study the composition of hardware and the design of software,to learn automotive fault waveform generator testing and trouble shooting.Thus it can be used to enhance their actual operating techniques and improve the efficiency and effect of teaching and studying.
