Aanlysis on the Factors Influencing Wheat Haploid Induced by Maize Pollen

Using the distant hybridization between wheat and maize,the wheat haploid was obtained by the chromosome elimination of maize,which was an important way for wheat haploid breeding.The factors influencing the haploid embryo of wheat were introduced.The effects of treatment method,concentration,time and frequency of 24-D on the growth of haploid embryo were obvious.The pollination technique,environmental condition,wheat genotypes and maize genotypes had some influence on haploid embryo.All the above factors should be considered comprehensively to increase the haploid embryo production rate.
