摘    要:采用反相高效液相色谱法检测和制备了北冬虫夏草子实体中的虫草素,并对自制晶体与虫草素标准品进行了紫外和红外谱图比较。结果表明,子实体虫草素含量为2.82‰,在所设定条件下,虫草素与样品中的非目的成分达到了预期分离,重现性好,保证了流出曲线的峰对称性及基线的全分离。结果还表明,自制晶体的紫外特征与标准品比值的文献值相近,红外光谱规律一致,两者结构相同,为同一物质,制备虫草素纯度为99.7%。

Abstract:The analysis and preparation of cordycepin of Cordyceps militaris were made by reverse-phase HPLC, and the comparison of UV and IR scanning patterns between self-prepared crystal and standard of the cordycepin was also carried out. The results showed that the cordycepin content was 2.82%0 and the selfprepared crystal had nearly the same UV absorption ratio as the standard. Both were also the same in the IR spectrum regularity and in the structure. The purity of the prepared cordycepin was 99.7 %.
