中国地方猪品种登记网络平台的构建

中国地方猪种具有耐粗饲、繁殖力高、肉质鲜美、适应性强等优良特性,但由于外国猪种的引进,地方猪种的养殖、生存空间被严重压缩,加之保护意识不强,目前状态不容乐观,个别品种甚至已经灭绝。为有效保存和开发地方猪种资源,本研究应用先进网络技术,先行开发了中国地方猪品种登记网络平台。该平台具有地方猪种动态监测、数据登记、数据审核、遗传分析、统计分析、选种选配等多种核心管理和育种功能,可为国家级、省级主管部门提供监管手段,为保种场、保护区提供技术支持,为科研工作者提供精准的数据资料。

Development of Registration Network Platform for Chinese Indigenous Pig Breeds

Chinese indigenous pig breeds have excellent performance in crude feed tolerance,prolificacy,meat quality and adaptability.Due to the introduction of foreign breeds and weak proservation awareness,indigenous pig breeds＇ living space has been severely compressed.The current status is not optimistic,and even some breeds have become extinct.Aiming to save and develop indigenous pig breeds effectively,we have developed the registration network platform for Chinese indigenous pig breeds by advanced network technology.The platform has the function of dynamic monitoring,data registration,data auditing,genetic analysis,statistical analysis,selection,mating and other core management and breeding capability,and can provide supervision for authorities,technical support for conservation farm and conservation area,and accurate data for researchers.
