| Abstract: | Under the new socialist marketing economy, the main disadvantages of the existing managing system, in which seed companies are seperated from research institutions, were discussed. It was pointed out that the coalition of them would be an inexorable trend. The basic prerequisites to realize the coalition and the ways to cooperate were also discussed. |
