船舶避碰几何决策的优化方法

当两艘船舶相遇存在碰撞危险时，采取何种避碰行动可通过避碰几何作图来求取，但几何作图方法只考虑了安全问题，而没有考虑经济问题，如何根据避碰几何原理，结合优化方法求取最优的避让行动至今仍没有得到解决，作者针对这一船舶避碰决策中存在的问题，提出了一种几何决策优化的方法。

Optimum geometrical decision-making method for ship collision avoidance

When two vessels meeting so close to result in risk of collision,what kind of action should be taken by one of the vessels to avoid collision can be got by plotting geometrically on the paper. But with plotting method only safety is considered, no attention is paid to the economy. How to combine geometrical plotting with optimum method to get optimum action that is safe and economy is not solved. Author tries to solve the problem in this paper and puts forward an optimum geometrical method for collision avoidance.
